Joan Campbell

With nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I specialize in coaching women who are juggling it all—work, kids, and life—but feel like their own health has taken a back seat. My passion is helping busy women simplify their wellness with convenient workouts, simple nutrition, and sustainable routines so they can lose fat, build strength, boost energy, and finally feel like themselves again. This isn’t a side hustle—it’s my life’s work, and I’m honored to walk alongside women ready to prioritize themselves again.

Darlene Greene

Reiki Master and Certified Wellness Practitioner

HealingwithSoundsofLove.com

As Energetic beings, we interact with the energies of the world and people around us.  Sometimes the energies in the world or others can cause our personal energies to feel drained or stagnant.  Taking time to clear and heal our own energy fields helps us feel and look our best.  Energetic healing is non-invasive, gentle, and soothing.  The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words:  Rei meaning “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki meaning “life force energy.”  Energetic healing using this ancient therapy as well as sound and frequency tools, allows each individual clear unwanted energies and replace them with positive, affirming energy that will help increase overall wellness and spiritual connection.  By regularly clearing and cleansing your energetic field, you will feel invigorated yet relaxed so you are free to live your best life!  Join Darlene for a soothing, healing hour to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Freda Merck

Yoga Instructor - I’m a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and trauma-informed yoga teacher with a passion for integrating Eastern and Western approaches to healing. My own wellness journey opened the door to this path, and it’s become my mission to hold space for others to reconnect with themselves - mind, body, and soul.

In 2019, I completed my 200-hour certification in Power Yoga, and in 2024, I earned my 300-hour certification in the Embodied Posture Method - a slower, more intentional vinyasa flow that invites you to fully experience each posture from within. I’m also certified in trauma-informed yoga, which allows me to guide students in a way that feels safe, empowering, and deeply supportive.

As a Reiki Master and certified sound and vibration healing practitioner, I weave energy work, mindfulness, and vibrational healing into my classes and sessions to offer a truly holistic experience. Whether I’m teaching, holding ceremony, or simply holding space, my intention is always to meet others where they are—with compassion, presence, and care.

I’m the co-owner of Celestial Sisters Wellness and the founder of The Soulful Collective, two inclusive spaces dedicated to healing, community, and soulful connection.

Morgan Knittel

Zumba Instructor - For the past 15 years, I’ve worked as a Clinical Dietitian, helping people fuel their bodies with confidence. But when I discovered Zumba, I found a new kind of nourishment—joy, movement, and community all wrapped into one. Now, I bring that same passion for well-being to every class I teach.

As a mom of three and a wife, I know firsthand how busy life gets. That’s why I believe fitness should be something you look forward to—not just another item on your to-do list. My Zumba classes are designed to be a judgment-free zone where you can let loose, sweat to great music, and have a genuinely good time.

Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned pro, I’ll meet you where you are—with energy, encouragement, and a whole lot of hip-shaking.

Kendra Galloway

Yoga Instructor - With over 20 years of experience as a nurse, I have long been devoted to the art of healing. My journey into yoga and energy work marked a transformative chapter—deepening my understanding of wellness as a balance of body, mind, and spirit.

My classes are rooted in breath, movement, and mindfulness, offering a space where students cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Whether you're seeking a powerful workout, a moment of self-connection, or simply an hour to recharge, my approach meets you where you are.

As the founder of Two Trees Wellness and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, I blend my clinical expertise with holistic practices to support others on their healing journeys. I'm committed to creating a welcoming space for everyone to come to their mat and leave feeling better and more at peace.

Ally Driver

Hi, I’m Ally, and I’m a registered 200-hour yoga teacher. I am here to hold space for real people seeking real connection - through movement, stillness, breath, and community.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, my goal is to offer an inclusive, welcoming environment where you can explore yoga in a way that feels true to you. I strive to strip away the pressure and performance sometimes associated with modern yoga and instead focus on honoring the roots of the practice while adapting it to meet your unique needs - on and off the mat.

Yoga, to me, is less about mastering a pose and more about returning to our authentic selves. My classes blend mindful movement, self-inquiry, and a spirit of curiosity, creating space for healing, connection, and transformation.

Come as you are. You belong here.

Leslie Konhaeuser

Leslie Konhaeuser is a licensed therapist, hobby herbalist, and certified yoga teacher who brings a deeply holistic approach to wellness. She teaches vinyasa-style yoga with a focus on nervous system regulation and creating space for students to integrate mind, body, and soul.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Asheville Yoga Center and discovered yoga during a pivotal time in her life—as a young mother facing overwhelming change and emotional struggle. Through yoga, she found more than just exercise; she uncovered spiritual insight, emotional release, and a powerful sense of grounding.

In her classes, students can expect to be physically challenged in a way that fosters reconnection with the body, supports emotional balance, and promotes nervous system healing. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that each practice is an opportunity for holistic wellness and inner transformation.

Gabriela Chavez

Hi, I’m Gabriela — a dance lover and your beginner-level instructor for styling with sway. A mother of two who works remotely and is grateful for the opportunity to teach. I am excited to share with you one of my greatest passions – dance. I began my dance journey in the U.S, inspired by my peers. Later, I had the opportunity to travel to Peru where I was able to continue my dance training.

My mission is to help women reconnect with their femininity, sensuality, and inner confidence through movement. In my classes, we focus on foundational body movement, posture, arm styling, and graceful footwork - all in a safe, supportive space where you can feel free to shine.

Whether you’re completely new to dance or just starting out with styling, I’m here to guide you step by step as you grow more confident in both your technique and yourself. Let’s

dance, feel, and embrace your beautiful energy together!
